WHY ARE VIRGOS SO ANNOYING

Why Are Virgos So Annoying

If Obsessive Compulsive Disorder were a zodiac sign, it would probably be Virgo. These natives are so demanding of themselves and others that it’s sometimes really hard not to lash out at them. They combine the emotional detachment of a Capricorn with the “too-smart-for-your-own-good” traits of Gemini. Which, in my book, makes them the ultimate psychopaths.

I listed the main reasons why Virgos are driving us all mad below. For everything else I missed, you can check out this online guide. There’s a ton of other information on this sign in there. The only difference is that I was much meaner in this article. Am I sorry? Nope. Virgos deserve every last bit of shade.

1. They are the ultimate critics.

Virgo’s internal voice is one of the harshest. Their sense of perfectionism stems from this internal critic that doesn’t let them live unless they raise to some outrageous expectations. That’s why you will often see Virgos act downright neurotic. This need to do everything just right takes a huge toll on them, which is why many Virgo natives suffer from a crippling sense of insecurity.

Most Virgos find it impossible to focus on their accomplishments, as they think there is still so much way to go towards their goals. In all honesty, no one said you should reach for goals that are, well, unreachable. And while they manage to become better and better by focusing on their mistakes, the rest of us don’t really want to be part of it.

That’s why many people find Virgos so annoying. Leave it to them to drive everyone mad by pointing out the smallest flaws or mistakes. While we certainly can appreciate how perceptive and witty they are, being constantly criticized gets old after a while.

When it comes to understanding your Virgo man, you need the secrets he’s been hiding from all other women.

With a guide like Virgo Man Secrets, you can learn everything there is to know about your Virgo man and what makes them tick.

2. They are unrealistic in their expectations.

Unless they can perform at levels that are sometimes just not possible for human beings, Virgos blame themselves and their abilities. In turn, this breeds more insecurity and an even bigger desire to become better, work harder, reach higher.

When they inevitably fail, the cycle starts again. The constant stress pushes them to be their best selves, but it comes at a huge cost for their mental health. But the problem for us stems from the fact that their internal critic sometimes escapes their mind. No one wants to be compared to an unreachable ideal.

We’re all human, and we all make mistakes. This is why being judged so harshly by a Virgo can make some of us mad with rage. And it’s equally annoying for their loved ones to see them toss and turn in misery because they set their own standards somewhere in the vicinity of Mars.

While it’s endearing and, sometimes, downright inspiring to see them work themselves to death, we all want to see them stop and smell the roses mainly because we care about their well-being. And also because no one really wants to be friends with someone so uptight.

2. They make us all look bad.

At the other end of the spectrum, their perfectionism is also annoying because it makes us see our own shortcomings. Virgos strive for the impossible, and they hurt themselves as they realize they can’t obtain it. However, their sheer ambition and determination don’t go to waste. Our Virgo friends won’t manage to do everything they want to do, the way they want to.

But there’s a saying that goes, “reach for the moon because if you miss, you’ll still be among the stars.” And that rings especially true for Virgo natives. Even if they aren’t able to accomplish everything they want to, their failures still leave them light years ahead of most of us.

And, you know, we’re bitter. No one likes to be reminded of their own shortcomings, and that’s a regular occurrence when dealing with any Virgo. Even on their worst days, their houses are squeaky clean, their meals are on point, they go to the gym, they have a nice amount of savings and investments, and the list can go on.

Catch us spending our last money on rat costumes for our cats, so they can fit better in our filthy apartments.

3. Their jokes are weird.

I know this shouldn’t be a reason we can’t stand Virgos, but this can’t be left unsaid. Their humor is just weird, and it’s creeping us out. In those rare occasions when they aren’t stressed out, and they feel good enough to crack some jokes, that is. Well, if you had the pleasure of spending time with a Virgo native in a good mood, you probably know what I’m talking about.

They are borderline hyper and will laugh – loudly, I might add – at basically anything. Most of their jokes revolve around mimicking other people or stereotypes, making weird faces, and generally acting quite silly. Their humor could be described as the love child between a small monkey and a middle schooler who drank a can of Monster Energy. It’s the kind of humor you’d expect from a kid who was home-schooled until they hit puberty.

I’m not saying it’s terrible; some of them are pretty funny. But you will have a hard time laughing at their, otherwise completely fine jokes when you are out in public.

Conclusion

I was just kidding; I am not trying to throw any shade. I love Virgos to death; they really are making all of us better people. The things we find annoying about them are the same things that push us to do better in our day-to-day lives. And it’s really inspiring to see them trying so hard and working tirelessly towards their goals.

You can learn a lot more about Virgos in this online guide. I promise you that you will gain a completely new perspective over them. And, who knows, maybe you won’t find them as annoying anymore? Kidding, that’s pretty hard to do. But you should give the guide a chance, nonetheless.
