Terms and Conditions
Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase a product from My Zodiac Lover.
General Turnaround Time
Most of our products typically ship within about a week, sometimes sooner. You will receive tracking as soon as your order is dispatched and we cannot accommodate any address or order changes on these orders since they are processed immediately after being placed in production with one-hour turnaround time!
Personalized Turnaround Times
Products that require personalization such as tees, mugs, prints, canvases and other items that contain text or graphics that have been personalized do take extra time to process and ship, these can take anywhere up to 1-2 weeks but often sooner. These items are handmade in our print shop in sunny California. Some items do ship faster than others.
Please note we can’t rush orders that require personalization as these take extra time due to being done by hand.
Keep these turnaround times in mind when ordering items from the My Zodiac Lover store. All of our designs and art is completely unique and individually printed, with colors occasionally being subtly different, no two garments are the same. Our products are not mass produced, these are made individually by hand and we have a thorough quality checking process in place to make sure all orders that go out are to our standard.
If you have an order that contains multiple items, this can often mean that you may not receive all your items in one go. This typically involves mugs as they are shipped out within their own individual boxes to prevent damage.
COVID
Due to the COVID pandemic both our apparel supplier and our shipping couriers have been impacted. Delays may happen along any part of the production or shipping phase. We are working as hard as possible to provide as much transparency and information on our production and shipping times.
Shipping
Domestic
My Zodiac Lover uses a combination of USPS & DHL shipping for our orders within the USA. First class mail normally takes 3-5 business days and priority mail normally takes 2-3 days but often longer due to COVID. My Zodiac Lover is not responsible for shipping delays nor can we provide any guarantee on shipping times, these often change especially coming up and during holidays. It’s important to note that due to COVID and the extra processes involved there are often more delays.
International
My Zodiac Lover uses a combination of DHL & USPS First Class Mail for International shipping. The extra fee includes assigning a customs number and the additional admin to send the order overseas. Expected delivery dates for international orders are between 7-11 business days. However, it can take between 3-5 weeks to reach countries such as New Zealand and Australia. We are not responsible for any custom fees.
Lost or Missing items
Each product is shipped with delivery and tracking information. Once a package has been marked as ‘delivered’ by the courier, My Zodiac Lover are not responsible for the missing package due to theft or postal errors. If you haven’t got your item but the tracking has been marked as delivered, it’s important to check with a neighbor and your local post office.
Exchanges/Returns
Before placing an order on the My Zodiac Lover store, make sure to thoroughly check the sizing guide. All of our products are custom made for you so once an item has been purchased, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a clear error with your order.
My Zodiac Lover reserves all rights to our designs and often will release new custom designs as we see fit.
Cancellations
We do accept cancellations up to 12 hours from the purchase time. As all of our products are custom made and printed, the refund will be provided in the form of shop credit only.
